Ambassador Adam Namm is a career diplomat with four decades of experience at the intersection of culture, politics, and international cooperation. A member of the U.S. Foreign Service for thirty years, he served as U.S. Ambassador to Ecuador from 2012 to 2015 and as Director of the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Management Policy, Innovation and Rightsizing.
Following his Foreign Service career, Namm served as Executive Secretary of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission at the Organization of American States from 2016 to 2025. He holds an A.B. from Brown University and a M.S. in National Security Strategy from the U.S. National War College. Namm received multiple Superior and Meritorious Honor Awards for his public service.

David Jaffe is a Senior Partner at Centre Partners, a middle-market private equity firm recognized as a partner of choice for entrepreneurs, founders, and family-owned businesses. With more than 40 years of investment experience, he focuses on helping management teams navigate ownership transitions, growth capital needs, and succession planning while preserving the culture and vision that drive their businesses.
Jaffe serves on multiple corporate boards and works closely with leadership teams to accelerate sustainable growth and long-term value creation. He holds an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Stephan Cieplik is a global sports business executive with more than two decades of experience driving commercial growth for leading rightsholders and sports organizations. He has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer of RB Leipzig, where he will oversee the club’s commercial strategy and revenue operations.
Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer of the Houston Rockets, overseeing partnerships, ticketing, and premium sales. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Global Partnership Sales at City Football Group, where he helped Manchester City achieve record revenues and secured more than 100 partnership deals across the group’s international portfolio.
A former professional footballer/soccer player and native of Germany, Stephan has lived and worked across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States, bringing a global perspective to brand strategy, fan engagement, and commercial innovation across sport, entertainment, and media.
He holds an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration, an Executive MBA in Sports Management, and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
